Bharath University is recognized as Deemed University under UGC act 1956 . and its new name is Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research (BIHER).This university offer UG and PG courses. And yes you can give PSC and UPSC exam because government has been approved to distance education for any government exam , so, don't worry. |

The Bharath university is a deemed university which is recognised by University Grants Commission (UGC). The degree obtained from this university is valid to apply for Kerala PSC examinations and UPSC examinations |
