The decision whether to pursue M.Tech course or to go for a job should be taken as per your interests. For industrial purposes, both experience and higher qualification matters. A higher qualification will help to enhance one’s career opportunities. For entry level jobs B.Tech is enough but if you really want to move up the ladder in the corporate world an M.Tech will be very useful. To get into a teaching field an M.Tech is a must.

if you want for money and also have some problem in your family then you have to join after b-tech.

if you have a dream for higher study and want to build a good carrier go to m-tech...............

Most of the industries of India requires students having specialised in chemical engineering, so its better to do Mtech in of the branch of Chemical engineering,
also job prospectus will be more after Mtech.

You can do specialisation in following fields:
Transport Processes
Mathematical Analysis, Statistics and Control
Polymer Science and Engineering
Biochemical Engineering (Industrial Biotechnology)
Pollution Control Engineering

Experience and qualification both matters in industrial field.

But with higher qualification you will attain vast knowledge and higher set of skills.

In every field person with higher qualification is preferred over the others.

And experience is gained at the second stage as you will work on.

So its very basic that you should go with M.tech, with higher degree good companies will approach you and you can also approach them.

Rest experience is secondary as you will start working.
