It basically test one's knowledge in respective field, thus a candidate having degree or equivalent have to apply in PSU through his/her stream which he has choosen to attain degree .. Sorry,no PSU's allow for it.If your from Information Technology stream then you have to apply with that stream itself.You cannot prepare from any other stream and apply for the exam because in the notifications it will be clearly mentioned that candidates from particular disciplines can apply for the exam and the certificates will be verified by the officials at the time of interview if at all you clear the written examination. Can I prepare from other discipline if I am from B.Tech IT? i am b.tech from informatiom technology and i want to prepare for psu from the other discipline .i want to know that how many psu allows for it means they don't want degee in that discipline in which i want to appear |
