I have passed MA in Bengali from nsou with eligible percentage ,now i can done phd in Bengali from nsou,is it possible in nsou and how it will be done?

Procedure for admission to Ph.D programme : Should have completed Master degree in Bengali with 55% from recognized university. Admission is based on written exam followed by interview.
