GATE Eligibility - One must have passed B.E./B Tech/B.Arch/B.Pharm from a recognized university. - You must have passed B.Sc (Research - 4 Years Degree) or B.S. from a recognized university. - You must have passed M.A./M.Sc/MCA in any branch of Science/Mathematics/Statistics/Computer Applications or equivalent. |

Re: B.Sc graduate can appear in GATE exam? GATE stands for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering. Candidates who have passed Bachelor's degree course in Science/ Technology/ Engineering from a recognised university are eligible to apply for GATE examination. Final year candidates are also eligible to apply for GATE examination. So, being a B.Sc. Computer graduate, you are eligible to apply for GATE examination. |

Re: B.Sc graduate can appear in GATE exam? No, the B.Sc. Computer graduates are not eligible to appear in GATE examination. Only candidates who have passed or pursuing final year of B.E/ B.Tech/ B.Arch/ B.Sc. (Research)/ B.S/ M.Sc./ M.A/ MCA course are eligible to apply for GATE examination. So, being a B.Sc. Computer graduate, you are not eligible to appear in GATE examination. |

Re: B.Sc graduate can appear in GATE exam? You are eligible for GATE exams if: B.Sc. (Research)/ Bachelor of Science -Bachelor’s degree in Science (Post-Diploma/ 4 years after 10+2) . Your B.SC should be of Minimum 4 years. There is no maximum age to apply GATE exams are conducted by IIT Next GATE Exams applications will come in September 2018. |

Re: B.Sc graduate can appear in GATE exam? The full form of GATE is Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering. Qualification required for GATE examination: Bachelor's degree in technology or engineering. Master of Science candidates can also apply for examination. B.Sc in Computer Science graduates can not apply for GATE exam. |

B.Sc graduate can appear in GATE exam? Am I eligible for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) exam with the qualification of just B.Sc. in Computers? Thank you for advice in advance. |
