Although there are not good job options available after Bachelor of Business Administration, you can get jobs in advertising company, finance, consultancy firms, accounting etc. It is advisable to pursue Master of Business administration after BBA course to have good job opportunities in private companies. You can apply for entrance exams like CAT, MAT, XAT etc to get admission in top business schools. For CAT, minimum of 50% marks in bachelor's degree is required. |

Re: Job options and degree value of BBA? BBA stands for Bachelor of Business Administration. This is a 3 year Graduation course being offered by number of colleges in India. To the best of my knowledge, there won't be much good job opportunities after BBA. To have better career scope and job opportunities, it would be better to do MBA course after BBA. However, below are the career options after completion of BBA : You can find jobs in -Financial Institutions -Banks -Export Companies -Marketing Organizations etc. You are eligible for public sector job opportunities like -Bank PO -Indian Railways -Civil Services -Defence Services But for these jobs, you have to crack the respective written exam followed by Interview. You can work as faculty in colleges. If you have some business plan, you can startup a company. If you want to make entry into private sector, better you do MBA from top colleges like IIM's or B-Schools by cracking the respective entrance exams like CAT and MAT. Because on the basis of BBA, very low package will be offered like 1 or 2 lakhs. But after MBA, you can expect a decent salary. |

Re: Job options and degree value of BBA? BBA stands for Bachelor of Business Administration. If you have completed your 11th and 12th with Commerce stream, then you can pursue this course to complete your graduation. However, in place of BBA, you can also pursue B.Com course. After BBA, you can get jobs of lecturer in Universities, Colleges. In addition, you will be eligible for appearing in various exams like Banking, Civil Services, CDS, AFCAT, etc. |

Job options and degree value of BBA? I have just passed my 12th and thinking to do BBA but, I'm not sure what is the value of BBA degree and what type of jobs will I get after completion of BBA. Please help! |
