No, it is not possible to do Mtech in mechanical or civil branches or in any other branches except the same branch that you have done in your B-Tech.
Even if you idea of the other branch subjects also you cannot take other branches for doing Mtech.
Proceed with your CSE branch only and do Mtech in software engineering ie., SE you can have good future.

No dear, Chances are NIL.

how can you take admission in M tech having zero knowledge of MECH and CIVIL.

CSE is completely different from other two.

No, Its not possible you have to go for any other choices or you have to do a dual degree, taking admission into MECH or CIVIL again of your not interested in CSE.
