The requirement to join Provincial Civil Services examination of India: Academic qualification: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Bachelor of Science in agriculture candidates can apply for PCS examination. General age limit: 21-35 years. You need to prepare for exam with hard work, dedication and determination. NCERT books of social science should be given priority. Read daily newspaper etc. You can apply for PCS examination of your state at its official website. |

SPSC conducts this exam for various gazetted and non gazetted posts under state government. Eligibility criteria for PCS exam: 1. You must have done bachelor's degree from a recognized university in any stream. Bachelor of Science in Agriculture stream candidates can apply for PCS exam. 2. Minimum age limit is 21 years for this exam. You can check official website of your state PSC for exact details. Every state of India conducts its own PCS examination. |

Provincial Civil Services (PCS) is an examination conducted by every state for the appointment to various posts under Civil Services. For example, SDM, DSP, RTO etc. For appearing in the above mentioned examination you have to fulfil following criteria : - You must have completed graduation in any discipline from a recognised university. - You must have attained 21 years in age before applying and age relaxation is given as per the rules by various states. Exam pattern : - Prelims - Mains - Interview - For applying to PCS you have to visit the official website of Public Service Commission of your state and apply the form there by paying requisite fee. - You need to master on the General Studies part first like completing NCERTs of History, Geography, Political Science etc of Class 11th and 12th. - Depending upon the optional subject you choose, you have to prepare it upto Master's degree for that subject. - Go through previous examination question paper to better comprehend about the exam. |
