There is no lateral entry in Bachelor of Technology in Birla Institute of Technology and Science college. You will have to apply for BITSAT exam and clear it with good rank to get admission in first year of Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering. |

No, you can not get admission in B.Tech Electrical Engineering course in BITS Pilani after completing Diploma in the relevant course. But, there are some colleges which offer B.Tech course in Electrical Engineering to Diploma holders. Candidates should appear in BITSAT exam conducted by BITS Pilani to get admission in B.Tech courses. Educational qualification required to appear in BITSAT to do B.Tech in BITS Pilani is written below. >>Candidates should complete 10+2 exam in science stream with PCM to appear in BITSAT. |

Yes, you will get admission in BITS Pilani Institute for B.Tech in Electrical Engineering through Lateral entry. Through lateral entry, you will directly admission in 2nd year in B.Tech. There are some of the total seats, reserved for lateral entry. |
