Yeah there was a new like ministry has held the common entrance exam due to some reasons. The reasons could be due to outrage in students. Students considering it as a dangerous thing. If one gets ill for a day he/she will have to repeat the whole year in order to wait for the next exam. Since its not acceptable at the moment there is no official report about it. thanks |

There may be a common exam from this year...The final hearing on the issue is on 8th of August 2011 and if the govt. approves MCI's idea..then there will be this common entrance test and its syllabus will be as that of CBSE ( following NCERT books).And the probability of court accepting this common exam thing is like 98%... |

The proposed common entrance test .. to combine all medical exams into one is a proposal pending with ministry... and as is the case with our grand old india things take time... so practically you have to fill separate forms... most forms are out and many have their deadlines approaching, act fast. |

NO,as per the year 2011 there's no common entrance test being take place.A proposal was made forward by the Ministries but was later rejected considering it unplanned. So,as per the year 2011 you can apply for various exams held for entrance in MBBS. |

Well friend, There is No Such issue as of now,And All the MBBS exam are going to be conducted by respective Departments or Universities This year only. It was some rumors sprouts in the Daily local and yes there was some meeting held few months back. But this bail wasn't pass due to uncleared reasons. So don't worry.!! Concentrate on what you are studying now.And stay touch with News too. Good luck. |

Re: Will all MBBS entrance examinations be a common entrance test this year? No, this is not applicable by this year. that the all exams of MBBS is by common entrance test. All universities have their own entrance exam for MBBS. the exams are like: AFMC, UP-CPMT, and more. |
