Yes, you are eligible to appear for examination as per your educational qualification. ( Bachelor of Engineering ) degree course you are certainly eligible for appearing in SSC CGL examination as per the educational requirement for appearing in same examination is a bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Apart from the educational qualification, you must hold the nationality of India with your age lying within 18 years to 27 years for most of the posts. For few posts the age limit varies from 20 years to 30 years or 18 years to 32 years, etc. . In each case age relaxation is allowed for reserved category candidates as per the government norms.
