Yes you can appear for karnataka state exam through COMEDK entrance exam which is only for non-karnataka students. 100% seats are for outsiders in COMEDK. your admission will depend on your rank. you cannot get admission through your aieee rank if you are not admitted in nit, kanpur.

Can a Delhi student eligible for appearing in Karnataka state engineering entrance exam?

Sir,
I am a student of Kendriya Vidyalaya and will be appearing in +2 exams (CBSE) . Can I appear for Karnataka State Engg Entrance? If so,what are the conditions and % of seats in various Engg Colleges in Karnataka for outside candidates? If not, can I get admission on the basis of AIEEE rank, in case not eligible to get a seat in NIT (Karnataka) through central counseling? Pls do guide in detail. 'Thanking you'.
