Re: Possibility to become an Air Hostess for 12th NIOS candidate? Yes, candidates passed 12th from a NIOS are eligible to pursue course which is required for recruitment as an Air hostess course. The required qualification for recruitment as an Air hostess is that candidate must have passed 12th and have diploma or bachelor degree in tourism or hotel management. The minimum required age limit is 17 years and height is 155 cm. So, you are eligible to become Air hostess after 12th from NIOS. |

Re: Possibility to become an Air Hostess for 12th NIOS candidate? The eligibility criteria for Air Hostess is: 1. You should have done bachelor's degree in any stream or 12th from a recognized board in hospitality or other stream with English as compulsory subject. National Institute of Open schooling is a recognized board. 2. The age criteria is 18-26 years. 3. Minimum height of 157.5cms. 4. You should be fluent in English with knowledge of other languages. 5. Positive attitude, good communication skills are some of the qualities required. |

AIR HOSTESS AFTER 12th FROM NIOS => Yes, you are eligible to become an Air Hostess after 12th NIOS. => For this course candidate should have passed 12th or equivalent or a graduation degree from recognized University. => As per my knowledge, the NIOS and IGNOU are the government recognized open school Universities so you are eligible to become an Air Hostess. |

Re: Possibility to become an Air Hostess for 12th NIOS candidate? Yes, definitely. NIOS Board passed students are also eligible for becoming Air Hostess. To apply for Air Hostess training courses, you must possess these requirements.
If you have all these requirements, then you can apply for Air Hostess Training Institute. For getting admission into Training institutes, you will have to qualify these tests.
There are numerous Air Hostess training institutes that train students to become Air Hostess. Some of them are listed below.

Eligibility to become Air Hostess after completing 12th: - Those who have passed 12th class on pursuing graduation in tourism of Hotel Management are eligible to apply for this. Those who have passed their 12th standard from NIOS board are also eligible. - The age of the candidate must be within 25 years and the height of the candidate must be 158 CM or more. - Only unmarried candidates are eligible to apply. - Vision: 6/24 in each eye. To become an Air Hostess is a work full of responsibility which you will be taught to get the admission is one of the premier institute. You can take admission in any of the Air Hostess training institute after your higher secondary education. The eligibility criteria is as follow: 1. The candidate should be between 18 to 26 years of age. 2. The candidate should have passed the 10+2 examination from a recognized board. 3. The candidate should be unmarried. 4. The candidate should be physically and mentally fit. |

Re: Possibility to become an Air Hostess for 12th NIOS candidate? The career of the Air Hostess is a very promising career option with the vision of a smart, efficient lady in mind. Air Hostess needs to be a person with pleasing personality as the basic job for them is to take of the passenger on crew. The candidate must have completed either 10+2/equivalent or a graduation degree from recognized university. If you have completed the above educational qualification from the open school which is under NIOS then you can be a Air Hostess. Because the NIOS are the government recognized open school universities. |
