You have to apply for it and there will be a personal interview. Based upon your academics, projects and the way perform in your interview the selection process goes on. But the work at ISRO for people specialized in Chemistry would be exuberant ant really good. You are going to work on Propellants. A good number of PG students in M.Sc chemistry find jobs in pharmaceutical companies, consumer product, biotechnology, chemical industries, petroleum industries etc. Research and development is the main function of these industries. Organizations ISRO offer job opportunity as well as grand Ph.D.s to qualified candidates. Space research institutions mostly prefer MSc. Chemistry students with specializations in Electro Chemistry.
