B.Des refers to Bachelor of designing and for pursuing the same course the minimum education required is a higher secondary school degree in any discipline from a recognized board. Also, for pursuing B.Des degree course from few of the top colleges you need to qualify entrance examinations mentioned below :- National Institute of Design (NID) Exam. AIEED (All India Entrance Examination for Design). CEED (Common Entrance Examination for Design). National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) Exam. MIT Institute of Design Examination. |

Re: Entrance exams available to study BDes for 12th student? B.Des (Bachelor of Designing) is a bachelors level degree. The duration of the course is 4 years. The eligibility required to study this course is a 10+2 in any stream with minimum 50% from any recognised board. The admission into the course is given based on the entrance exam performance and few universities give direct admission based on the previous years percentage. As far as you are concerned about entrance examinations for admission in B.Des degree course then few of the popular national level entrance examination are as here under : * ALL INDIA ENTRANCE EXAMINATION FOR DESIGN i.e; AIEED. * NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF FASHION TECHNOLOGY ENTRANCE TEST i.e; NIFT. * NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF DESIGN ENTRANCE EXAM i.e; NID. * UNDERGRADUATE COMMON ENTRANCE EXAMINATION FOR DESIGN i.e; UCEED. Re: Entrance exams available to study BDes for 12th student? B.Des is Bachelor degree in Designing and it is four year undergraduate course. The eligibility to get admission in the course is that candidate must have passed 12th in any stream from a recognised board. The minimum required aggregate is 50% ( varies for some institutes ). So, you can appear for entrance examination to get admission. NIFT, BHU, Symbiosis, Amity and other institutes conducts entrance test for admission in the course. |

Eligibility criteria for B.Des course: Academic qualification: Students from all streams of 12th are eligible for B.Des course. To get admission in top National Institute of Fashion Technology, you should apply for NIFT entrance examination for B.Des course. Other than this exam, you can apply for NID entrance exam, UPSEE exam etc. |

NIFT is a premier institute for the course and entrance examination is conducted by the institute to get admission in the course. The eligibility to appear for examination is that candidate must have passed 12th from a recognised board. The maximum age limit is 23 years. So, you can appear for examination and after qualifying in it will become eligible to get admission. Some of the other institutes for the course is : Amity University. Symbiosis Pune. |
