As far as you are concerned about the selection of stream for your further studies after your Class 10th for getting bank jobs in future then I would like to let you know that you can opt for any stream as per your interest as bank jobs ( except for recruitment as specialist officer ) does not require any specific subject combination at any level of academics.

Also, for your recruitment as bank officials in nationalized banks of India you need to qualify entrance examinations such as SBI bank examinations or IBPS bank examinations etc..

The required qualification to appear for banking entrance examination is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree from recognised university.

So, you have to pursue the minimum required educational qualification that is bachelor degree to appear for entrance examination.

10th qualification is not sufficient to appear for the examination.

In order to get job in Private or Government banks, you are required to first meet the basic eligibility criteria that is required. The basic educational qualification you are required to meet is given below.

>> The basic qualification required is "Graduation" or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university. For appearing in private bank's recruitment's the minimum percentage required is 60% marks or more than that. For appearing in Government bank's recruitment's there is no certain minimum percentage criteria required.

>> Minimum age required is 21 years and maximum age should not exceed 28 years in order to be eligible and there will be an age relaxation applicable for reserved category candidates.

>> You cannot directly become Manager. First you will have to apply for Probationary Officer recruitment either in Private banks or in Government Banks. After successful completion of Probation period, you will then reach Manager post with the experience of working.

>> As you are 10th candidate, I suggest you to pursue further courses as the basic qualification required is Graduation. You may choose 12th Class with PCM subjects and then B.E/ B.Tech in Graduation in order to find good scope in Banking sector. In general, Graduation in any discipline is accepted, hence choose the streams based on your area of interest.
