Re: Age limit for 10th class CBSE exam 2016 in Chennai? My son date of birth is 19 nov 2005 so I want to admission in 2017-2018 year in std 7th in cbss school so his age is right for admission and then he has any problem in std 10th board exam |

Re: Age limit for 10th class CBSE exam 2016 in Chennai? My son dob is 1 July 2006 and student of DAV school sirsa, VII th class. He will be 13 year 9 month in march 2020 for appearing in 10th board exam. Will he able to appear in exam. |

Re: Age limit for 10th class CBSE exam 2016 in Chennai? Yes, your son will be eligible to appear for 10th board exam of Central Board of Secondary Education in 2016-2017. CBSE states that a candidate in order to appear for 10th board exams must have completed studies from a recognized board upto standard 9th. Registration for board exams for class tenth must be done in standard 9th if candidate want to appear for 10th board exams. So, your son must register in standard 9th from any CBSE affiliated school for 10th board exams. |

Re: Age limit for 10th class CBSE exam 2016 in Chennai? The minimum age required for a candidate to appear in CBSE 10th standard board 2016 examinations is 15 years. Since, your son has studied VII standard during 2013-2014 academic year, he will be pursuing his 10th standard during 2016-17 academic year. So, he is eligible to appear in CBSE 10th standard 2017 examination. |
