Re: Courses to become a Loco Pilot for 12th Science candidate? For selection as loco pilot in Indian Railway , Railway Recruitment board conduct entrance examination. The eligibility to appear for examination is :- Candidate must have passed 10th from a recognised board. Candidate must have done diploma in engineering or ITI course from a recognised institute. The age limit is 18-30 years. Examination is conducted in various stages and candidates after qualifying in all stages will become eligible for final selection. Re: Courses to become a Loco Pilot for 12th Science candidate? Minimum qualification required to join as Loco pilot is 10th and ITI in any trade. Then you have to appear in RRB exam conducted by Railway department. As you have completed your 12th standard with science stream hence you have to persue ITI in any intersted trade. |

The required qualification to appear for Loco Pilot entrance examination is that candidate must have passed 10th std and have also pursued diploma or ITI course. So, you do not have the required minimum qualification to appear for examination. The age limit is 18-30 years. Selection will be done only after qualifying in all stages of examination. The eligibility to appear for examination is that candidate must have passed 10th and have done diploma in engineering or ITI course. Re: Courses to become a Loco Pilot for 12th Science candidate? To become a Loco Pilot it is compulsory to have a degree of ITI from a recognized university. Candidate must have completed their intermediate from Science stream from a recognized university. Other than ITI there is no any special course required to pursue. |

Eligibility criteria :- The applicant should have completed your 12th minimum of 50% marks in mathematics and physics from any recognised board of India. Age limit:- The applicant should have minimum 16 years of age to be eligible for a private pilot licence and 17 for a commercial pilot licence . Re: Courses to become a Loco Pilot for 12th Science candidate? Yes, you are eligible for loco pilot exam. You need to give RRB exam. RRB stands for Railway Requirement Services. After 12th you should be complete ITI course in any stream or diploma in automobile/mechanical/electronics/electrical, etc. Age must be in between 18 to 30 years. Selection Procedure; It is based on written test and interview. |

Educational Qualifications: Candidate must complete the minimum 10th standard and candidate need to complete the ITI in any specific trade to apply for this post. Medical standards: candidate must have high level 2 medical standard which is no other category required so far. Loco running man must have the highest standard of medical fitness in medical. |

To get recruitment in Indian Railway as Assistant Loco Pilot candidates have to appear and qualify for recruitment examination conducted by RRB. The required qualification is that candidate must have passed ITI or diploma in engineering after 10th. The age limit is 18-30 years. There is relaxation in upper age limit for reserved category. So, you do not have required qualification to appear for examination. |
