The B.Sc Physics is a graduate level academic program that is based on the many theories of Physics. The basic qualification needed by a person to join the B.Sc Physics is a pass in class 10+2 in Science stream with Physics, Chemistry subjects from a recognized board. Applicants for the B.Sc course will need to appear for an entrance exam , which is conducted by St. Xavier's College. Selection will be made on the basis of marks obtained in the entrance exam and 12th standard board exam. |

As per eligibility criteria, candidates who have completed their 12th standard with Physics and Mathematics subjects with minimum 60% marks are eligible to apply for B.Sc Physics course admission in St. Xavier's college. So, you can definitely get admission in St. Xavier's College. |

But you have to clear entrance examination conducted by St. Xavier's College, Kolkata itself to get admission. |

You can get admission in B.Sc Physics in St. Xavier's College, Kolkata after getting 83% aggregate in your 12th standard with science stream from CBSE board. Eligibility criteria to get admission in B.Sc Physics in St. Xavier's College are:- Students must have completed 12th with recognized board with at least 65% aggregate. Students admission will be secured through merit list. |

Possibility to get BSc(Physics) admission for a 12th CBSE Science candidate with 83% marks? Respected Sir, I have scored 83% marks in my 12th standard with Science stream in CBSE Board. I want to study BSc in Physics course in St. Xavier's College, Kolkata. So, I would like to know that I can get admission or not? |
