CS stands for the Company Secretary. Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is conducting the exam for this course twice time in a year.

CS course has three phases:

1. Foundation Programme,
2. Executive Programme and
3. Professional Programme

Those candidates, who have completed their bachelor degree are eligible for the executive programme directly. They do not require to apply for the foundation course.

As you have completed your B.Com then, you can surely applicable for the Executive programme directly.

Admission for CS programme is open through the year but, exam is going to be conducted only twice time in a year in the month of June and December.

It is not a regular course. If you want to get admission into the executive programme then, you should have to fill up the application form. Here I have attached copy of application form in attachment section.
