Re: How to become a Cardiologist for 10th BSEB candidate?

Cardiologist(Heart Specialist) is a medical practitioner, expert in dealing with disorders of human heart. He is specifically trained medical professional who is able to diagnose and treats congenital heart defects, coronary artery disease, heart failure and other related heart diseases.

Educational qualifications required for becoming a Cardiologist are mentioned below:-

1. Completion of 5 and half years degree in MBBS(Bachelor of Medicine ad Bachelor of Science) followed by 3 years MD and 3 years DM(Cardiology).

2. Completion of intermediate with PCB(Physics, Chemistry and Biology as main subjects) from any recognized board or university.

3. One and half years compulsory training in Master's Degree in Cardiology.

4. Nationality:- Indian.

So, becoming a Cardiologist, you have to qualify your intermediate exam with PCB with at least 50% marks.

To become Cardiologist you have to pursue MBBS course. MBBS is Bachelor in Medicine and Bachelor in Surgery and it is five year course.

The eligibility to appear in NEET examination is that :-

Candidate must have passed 12th in PCB ( Physics, Chemistry, Biology ) from a recognised board.

Candidate must have scored minimum 50% in board examination.

So, I will suggest to take admission in PCB stream and start preparing for the examination as per syllabus.

For more information about examination visit at www.cbseneet.nic.in.

After completion of MBBS course you will pursue specialization course after that to become cardiologist.
