To join Indian Military Academy ( IMA ) you need to qualify Combined Defence Services ( CDS ) entrance examination held by UPSC twice every year. --> The minimum qualifications which you must possess for appearing in the CDS entrance examination to join IMA wing of CDS are given below :- * You must have the citizenship of India. * Your age must lie within 20 years to 24 years. * Your must have completed your bachelor degree course in any discipline from a recognised university. To join Indian Military Academy, you have to complete your graduate degree course and apply for the UPSC Combined Defense Services examination, this examination is conducted by UPSC twice every year. The eligible candidate must have complete Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Final year candidate are also eligible. Candidate age must lie between 19 to 24 years. To join IMA ( Indian Military Academy ) one of the four wings of CDS ( Combined Defence Service ), you need to qualify CDS entrance examination held by UPSC twice every year. --> The minimum eligibility criteria required to join Indian Military Academy are as following:- 1. You must be an Indian citizen. 2. Your age must lie in between 20 years to 24 years. 3. You must have completed your bachelor degree course in any stream from a recognised university. Students pursuing final year of their degree course are also eligible. 4. You must hold the physical fitness as per the service requirement norms. Re: Procedure to join Indian Military Academy? Candidates can join IMA ( Indian Military Academy ) after qualifying in CDS examination. The examination is conducted by UPSC. The eligibility to appear in examination is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree from a recognised university. The age limit is 19-24 years. Candidates have to appear and qualify in two stages of examination for final selection. |
