I have done my course ITI (electronics)in the year 1990..
And i have 20 years experince in electronics & IT field...i am looking job ? Can i apply job in MSEB and how ?

If any backlog person ,means he/she is not fresher they can apply to MSEB exam, but he/she is in cast .? Pls help ...?
