Re: Can I appear in SCRA 2016 exam if going to pass 12th in 2016? SCRA stands for Special Class Railway Apprentices. Earlier SCRA was conducted by UPSC on behalf of Railway to select 30 students all over country for undergraduate program in Mechanical Engineering in Indian Railway Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering but in 2015, UPSC decided to shut down SCRA examination from 2016. Also, there is no update regarding SCRA from Indian Railway. So, SCRA will not be conducted in 2016 and hence and Indian Railway Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering centralize college training institute. |

Re: Can I appear in SCRA 2016 exam if going to pass 12th in 2016? Yes, you can surely appear in SCRA 2016 Recruitment Examination with your 12th Class pass in year 2016. The basic educational qualification required to be eligible for SCRA Examination which is conducted by Union Public Service Commission is "12th Class" from a recognized university. Candidates must have passed 1st Division or 2nd Division, Higher Secondary examination in 10+2 pattern of school education with "Mathematics" and minimum one of the subjects Chemistry and Physics as subjects of the examination. Since you are going to pass and complete the 12th Class next year, I am sure you are certainly eligible to appear in SCRA 2016 Examination. Make sure you have all your educational certificates ready during your Interview. |

Can I appear in SCRA 2016 exam if going to pass 12th in 2016? Experts please do inform me that whether can i appear in scra exam 2016 if i am in class 12th for session going to be end after board exams of 2016? |
