hi friend

yes you are eligible for cs after you finish your 12th and below are the criteria.....

-- to join the Foundation program of the Company Secretary Course you need to have successfully pass 10+2 or equivalent in any stream.

The foundation course of CS is an 8 month course...

. After completing the Foundation course you can apply for the Executive program

.-- The candidates who qualified the executive program are eligible for professional programme.

--After completing the professional program in the CS, the you will become the Associate Member of ICSI.

Dear friend,

Yes, of course you can apply for this course after passing 10(+2). There are three basic courses that you should pursue after 12th.

These courses are: 1.Foundation course
2.Executive course
3.Professional course.

Foundation Programme which is of eight months duration can be pursued by 10+2 pass students of Arts, Science or Commerce stream.

The exams are generally conducted in the month of December and June. So please keep your eye on the publication of exams.

All the best!!
