Re: Eligibility to be an English Teacher at KVS? I have completed my masters Nd graduation in English literature. Considering this,I would like to know if KVS questions will consist of only English literature or there will be question from English language too in specialised subject? Please do answer. |

Re: Eligibility to be an English Teacher at KVS? I have 47% marks in graduation with English honours, but when adding the side subjects which we need to keep with our honours subject , the number becomes 51%. Am I eligible for KVS TGT ADA? |

If you want to be english teacher in Kendriya Vidyalaya then you should have to qualify TET (Teacher Eligibility Test) or CTET(Central Teacher Eligibility Test). Qualification:Post graduate degree in concerned subject with at least 50% marks and B.Ed. Age limit : - 35 years for a TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) post and 40 year of PGT(Post Graduate Teacher) post and 5 year relaxation for reserved categories. |

Re: Eligibility to be an English Teacher at KVS? Yes, you are eligible to become teacher in KV. To become teacher you have to appear and qualify in CTET. CTET stands for Central Teacher Eligibility Test and the examination is conducted by CBSE twice every year. Candidate passed bachelor degree and have B.Ed from any recognized university are eligible to appear for examination. So, you can appear for next CTET examination going to be conducted in September. Eligibility to be an English Teacher at KVS? Am i eligible for english teacher in kvs.? I have studied compulsory english in B. A. for all three years. Marks in english 58 ./. and aggregate 53/. And i passed b.ed with 55.5/. aggregate marks. |
