As you have completed Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

So after this course, you can complete your Graduation by directly taking admission into 2nd year.

You will have pass Lateral Entry Exam first and then get admission into 2nd year for the same specialization.

In the final year of Graduation, you will be appearing for On-campus placements.

Many MNCs will visit your campus for job recruitment. On the basis of interviews, technical skills, communication skills, you will be hired for job.

You can pursue any of the courses after completing Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
You can pursue B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or B.Sc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
There are various courses to be pursued after completing Diploma.
There is no any restriction regarding selection of subject or stream.

You can pursue some other courses also and these are as follows:-

B.Com
BCA
BBA

The most suitable course for a better career build up and good job opportunities after Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering is Bachelor's degree in technology.

~~Diploma candidates can apply for LEET and JEE exam for admission in B.Tech.

~~You should have at least 60% marks in diploma in engineering to apply for LEET. You can pursue B.Tech in EEE.

Candidates with diploma qualification are eligible to appear in examination for admission in the B.Tech course.

Candidates are also eligible for recruitment in various jobs such as Loco Pilot and Junior Engineer etc.

You have to appear and qualify in the entrance examination for admission or to get the job.

You may pursue B.Tech through lateral Entry Examination (LEET)

Diploma candidates get admission to second year of B.Tech through Lateral Entry scheme.

State level entrance exam is conducted for this purpose. Admission is done on the basis of merit.

LEET conducted by IP university in Delhi and OLEET in Haryana are some the options available in northern India.
