Minimum educational qualification-

B.Sc. in any of Biological Sciences, BAMS, MBBS, BHMS, BPT and B.Pharm.

Yes, you can pursue M.Sc. in Biotechnology after completing B.Sc. In Bioinformatics.

IIT- JAM and JNU CEEB are some of the entrance examinations for admission to M.Sc. Biotechnology

Eligibility to study M.Sc (Biotechnology) after completing B.Sc (Bioinformatics) are as follows:-
Candidate must have completed B.Sc in any of the following with at least 55% aggregate from a recognised university.
Biological Sciences
BAMS
MBBS
BHMS
BPT
B.Pharm
Bioinfomatics
Botany
Zoology
Microbiology
Biotechnology
Biochemistry
Agricultural Sciences

Yes you can pursue M.Sc(Biotechnology) after completing B.Sc(Bioinformatics).
You can change stream without objection.
But you must have completed graduation from a recognized university.
You must have scored at least 50% aggregate in graduation.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am a student of BSc, studying with Bioinformatics. After completing my BSc, I want to do MSc in Biotechnology. So, I would like to know that can I do MSc in Biotechnology after completing my BSc?
