Ed might land you up in a regular primary school teaching job but Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) can help you get into a Government school with a respectable pay package. While B. Ed is an undergraduate/college degree, CTET Exam is a Central Eligibility Test conducted by the Government of India. |

Re: How can I become a Teacher through CTET? To become teacher in Central government school candidates have to appear and qualify in CTET examination conducted by CBSE. The required qualification to appear in examination varies with recruitment post. The minimum required qualification is 12th with diploma in elementary education qualification. The minimum eligibility to appear in the examination is that candidate must have passed higher secondary and have D.Ed qualification. There is no age limit to appear in the examination.
