Re: Which is the Air Ticketing course? Fares and Air Ticketing Course is a short duration course generally of two to six months or even nine months with an option of taking part time classes. This course is highly recognised by travel and tourism industry. The basic eligibility criteria to get enrolled for the course is that the candidate must have completed 10+2 with an aggregate of 50%marks. Some institutions are also enrolling candidate with marks less than 50%. Course involves basic knowledge of tourism industry, its background, aviation and airport familiarisation, ticketing, foreign exchange, airport terminology, fares, car rental and much more. Along with course, candidates are expected to have a good spoken English with a good personality and basic knowledge of computer operation. |
