Sorry, but you will not be eligible to appear for TNPSC exam in 2016 at an age of 41 years.

TNPSC stands for Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission .

The age limit to apply for various exams conducted by TNPSC is from 21 years to 30 years for open category.

And, there is relaxation in upper age limit by 3 years for OBC candidates, 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 10 years for Ex- service men and physically handicapped candidates.

TNPSC stands for Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission which is used to conduct Government jobs exam , To recruit candidates those who are interested.

The Eligibility criteria :

The candidates should be a citizen of India.
The candidates should be a Graduate in any discipline from a recognize University.
The final year candidates also apply for this exam.
The age limit is 21 - 30 years there is a age relaxation for reserved candidates.
i.e 5 years for SC/ST candidates.

3 years for OBC candidates.

10 years for Ex- service men and physically handicapped candidates.

Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission :
Eligibility
1. Minimum Age should be 21years except post of assistant commissioner.
Maximum age is 30 years and for reserved is 35 years.
2. Candidate must have degree from any university incorporated by an Act of the Central or state legislature in India or any other educational institutions.

** NO, Ex-serviceman of 41 years old can not appear in TNPSC 2016 exams

** The upper age limit for TNPSC Examination as given below.

1. For general category--- 30 years

2. For SC/ST candidates, the upper age is maximum 35 years

3. For OBC candidates it is 33 years.

4. For PH,OH,VI/Ex Servicemen---40 years.

Well I am presently in defence with PG, i am leaving service in Jul 2016 , my age is 41 at the time of release. Am i eligible for TNPSC exams
