Creamy layer under Other Backward Class means that persons belonging to this layer are better off in terms of socio-economics conditions as compared to other OBC people. This layer people do not get reservation of benefits. Non creamy layer under OBC means persons who have poor socio economic status. Persons with annual income 8 lacs per annum or more are under Creamy layer and those under 8 lacs per annum under non creamy layer. Age relaxation applicable for OBC candidates of both category in terms of upper age limit. |
