REQUIREMENTS FOR PILOT TRAINING:

One shall hold a valid medical assessment issued by DGCA.

An applicant for a Medical Assessment undergoes a medical examination based on the
following requirements:

physical and mental;
visual and colour perception; and
hearing.

One should be free from :

abnormality, congenital or acquired
active, latent, acute or chronic disability
wound, injury or sequelae from operation

As asthma is congenital disease mean it can take place in LUNGS so you are not allowed.
