I have completed M tech with an aggregate of 78%as well B.E with an aggregate of 73% and I am trying for lecturing in polytechnic college. Many colleges offering me for 12000 and the reason for low salary is that I don't have experience, Is it fair to work with that salary |

Re: Polytechnic Lecturer pay scale as per the AICTE norms and minimum qualification for Lecturer post? Chances to lose an addition salary for M.Tech degree if not have 60%? For lecturer you need to do a PhD course after your M.tech degree and after completing your research program you will be eligible for lecturer post. Pay scale will be within 30,000 to 35,000 per month with additional pay band as per the government rule. |

Re: Polytechnic Lecturer pay scale as per the AICTE norms and minimum qualification for Lecturer post? Chances to lose an addition salary for M.Tech degree if not have 60%? To become a polytechnic lecturer you need to complete masters education in any course with a fair percentage from any recognized university. The minimum percentage varies from state to state and university to university. The pay scale of polytechnic lecturer varies around INR 15k - 40k. The additional grade pay will vary around INR 6k. Based on your performance in the qualifying exam conducted by the university the grade pay and pay scale varies. |
