Grip of solving the questions in time. Apart from this if you have enough time then go for standard books like arihant publication and R.S agrawal. |

Re: How to prepare for Civil Services Aptitude Test (CSAT)? Dear Sir or Madam If you want to appear in civil services exam then you have to focus on following activity. 1. If you started your preparation for civil service exam from the beginning then your basic fundamental knowledge should be cleared.this will be possible only fromNCERT books from 6th to 12th class standard. 2. Make a habit to reading newspaper daily at least two hours and note down important topics of editorial page. 3. Make good note of your main subject topics. 4. For a fixed interval of time you have to make revision of your study. 5. For good preparation you have to solve previous year question and make a strategy in which field questions is asked in the examination. Hope this information will help you a lot. |

Give importance to revision. 4. Complete revision 15 days before exam date and attend practice, mock tests. 5. Prelims paper 2 (aptitude/CSAT) need more practice tests. |

Re: How to prepare for Civil Services Aptitude Test (CSAT)? Candidates need only 33% aggregate in the CSAT to qualify in it. So, you just need to solve the previous year paper and some test by various institutes to qualify in the examination. The marks in the paper will be not counted for the merit list and giving more time will be not beneficial. |

Re: How to prepare for Civil Services Aptitude Test (CSAT)? Logical reasoning and quantitative aptitude book of R. S Agrawal is very useful for preparing from basic to higher level. Further i will suggest you to go through the previous year papers. Many books on previous year papers of different publications are available in market. One more good option is online preparation, you have plenty of options on YouTube for studying CSAT. Different channels are providing good teaching for students free of cost on this platform. |
