Re: Is there any entrance exam available to secure MSc(Mathematics) admission in University of Delhi? Delhi University is a central university and offer various other higher courses. The university also offers master degree in Mathematics. The eligibility to appear for the examination is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree from a recognised university with mathematics as paper. Re: Is there any entrance exam available to secure MSc(Mathematics) admission in University of Delhi? Yes, there is entrance examination for admission in Master of Science in Mathematics. But there are very less seats are available for non DU graduates. Half of seats are reserved for DU graduates. Non DU graduates need to have minimum of 60% marks in bachelor's degree and then they need to crack exam for admission in Delhi University. |

Re: Is there any entrance exam available to secure MSc(Mathematics) admission in University of Delhi? Yes, DU conducts entrance examination for admission in M.Sc Mathematics course. There is admission also on merit basis. Merit basis seats are only for students who have completed bachelor degree in Mathematics from DU. The admission is also on merit basis for candidates who have passed bachelor degree in mathematics from DU.
