Just multiply your CGPA with 9.5 and result will be your percentage. For example, to convert 9.2 CGPA to percentage, we multiply it with 9.5 and the resulting number 90.3 is the percentage.

Hello,

Every university which follows grading is given a certain grading range to multiply depending upon the credentials which is predefined. Whereas for Andhra university the CGPA to Percentage is given to multiply with “10” under any course undergone in Andhra University. i.e.

ANDHRA UNIVERSITY CONVERSION OF GRADES INTO PERCENTAGE
Students can find percentage from grades using following formula:

[CGPA Earned] x 10= Percentage of marks scored.
Example: [CGPA Earned 8.02]x 10 = 80.2%
Your CGPA is 8.02 then when we convert it to percentage it will be 80.2%

Hope it helps!

Good Luck

Re: How to convert CGPA in to percentage form?

The process of conversion is very simple.

You need to multiply the CGPA by 9.5 to get the approximate percentage of marks.

In your case, 8.02*9.5 is equal to 76.19% marks.

Re: How to convert CGPA in to percentage form?

As your CGPA (Cumulative Grade Point Average) score is 8.02 which is equivalent to 80.2% marks in case of Andhra University as the multiplication factor of 10 is used by the Andhra University in case of CGPA to percentage marks conversion.

Re: How to convert CGPA in to percentage form?

The most common formula followed by most of the universities and board is :-

% = CGPA * 9.5

So, you can find your aggregate with the above mentioned formula.

Re: How to convert CGPA in to percentage form?

As per the Andhra University grading system rules, the multiplication factor for CGPA to equivalent percentage is 10 and therefore having managed 8.02 CGPA in your graduation degree, your equivalent percentage in the same degree course is 80.2(8.02*10)%.

For detailed information regarding the Andhra University grading system or syllabus, you can refer to the link www.andhrauniversity.edu.in.
