Application for for registration to ug course
In that application form ,there is a sentence saying that, particulars of the examination appearing (write complete titles of each paper).IT is from sdlce ku warangal degree second year application form.

Candidate should have to write their current education i.e if a candidate is pursuing any graduating, PGT, or masters or anything candidate should have to write that,
If candidate is not pursuing anything, then candidate should have to write their highest education qualification.

Hello friend,
If you would have given little bit more information, It would have been helpful. As you have not mentioned about which form you are asking about, I will try to answer as accurate as I can.
In most of the forms, you have this column to give information regarding all the examination you have qualified namely class 10th, +2, graduation etc. Depending upon your board and the name of the examination provided in the certificate, you will have to fill up the column, like if you have given 10th and +2 from CBSE, you will write CBSE in that column.
In many of the forms, there might be this column only to mention the name of entrance exams which you have qualified to be considered eligible like GATE, CAT, IIT JEE etc.
