To appear in AIIMS Medical entrance examination, the minimum education required s a Class 12th in Science stream with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as main subjects from a recognised board of education. Also, your minimum aggregate in Class 12th in PCB group subjects and English taken together must be 60% (or 50% in case of SC/ST candidates and 45% in case of PwD category candidates). So, having completed your Class 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as main subjects, you are not eligible for appearing in AIIMS Medical entrance examination for admission in any academic course. Re: Can I appear for AIIMS medical exam with PCM subject combination? You must have availed Biology in your 11th and 12th classes if you are interested in medical career. Without Biology as one of your subjects, you are not eligible to apply for AIIMS medical exam. |

AIIMS is one of the prestigious medical institute conducts medical entrance exam nationwide for admission to its medical courses (like MBBS, BDS, etc.) To apply for this exam, you must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, English and Biology with at least 60% of marks. Since, you have not completed 10+2 with Biology as one of the primary subject, so you are not eligible for appearing in AIIMS entrance exam. |

Can I appear for AIIMS medical exam with PCM subject combination? Sir/Mam, I passed class 12th last year from Science stream with subject combination of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM). So, am I eligible to apply and appear for AIIMS medical entrance examination? Or, do I need to give my 12th again with Biology as one the major subjects? |
