Re: Eligibility and JEE Mains cut-off to get admission in NITs?

Eligibility- 1)Minimum 75% marks required in class 12th for general category candidates.
2)Minimum 65% marks required in class 12th for reserved category.
To get admission in NITs, JEE mains ranks are taken into considerations. Thus, one has to apply for the counselling at the JOSSA website and then cutoof list will be published by the JOSSA
Previous years cut of was- 58.61 to 73.99

One should have 75% in class 12th, while for reservation 65% in 12th class is needed.
For previous year cutoff and for registration, one go through the given link:

Eligibility criteria to get admission in NITs:-

1)Minimum 75% marks required in class 12th for general category candidates.
2)Minimum 65% marks required in class 12th for reserved candidates.

Now, coming to your question your rank is 7944 if this is your CRL rank you can definitely get admission in top 10 NITs.

Since, you have given jee mains you don't have to give any other entrance exam to get admission in NITs. You will get admission on the basis of JEE mains rank only.
