Re: Is Mathematics compulsory for admission in B.Sc Chemistry, DU? Yes, definitely Mathematics along with Physics and Chemistry are compulsory in Class 12th to be eligible for admission to B.Sc. (Hons.) in Chemistry degree course in any college of DU (University of Delhi). Also, your overall aggregate in PCM group must be at least 60% and you must have secured at least 50% marks in English paper as well. Re: Is Mathematics compulsory for admission in B.Sc Chemistry, DU? It is mandatory to have Mathematics as main paper in graduation to become eligible to pursue B.Sc in Chemistry. The eligibility to pursue the course is that candidate must have passed 12th in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognised board. Some of the best colleges include :-- Hindu College. The academic qualification required for admission in B.Sc Chemistry is 12th passed from a recognized board with PCM subjects. The common eligibility to pursue B.Sc Chemistry is that candidate must have passed 12th from a recognised university with PCM as main paper.
