You have two ways in order to take your migration certificate.
Firstly you have to go to the school from where you have completed your tenth and consult to your class teacher or principal.
They will guide you for the further steps to be taken because it is the responsibility of the School to provide the students with the migration certificate.

Or

You should send your application along with fee to the deputy secretary, Central Board of Secondary Education, regional office.
After completing the procedure, you will receive your migration certificate within 15 days.

You do not have to be worried about the procedure of getting migration certificate from CBSE board after completion of your Class 10th for moving to anyother recognised board of education for your Class 12th as the same board issues the migration certificate along with the marksheet and passing certificate and therefore you need to contact to your school management for getting the migration certificate.

You can get migration certificate from CBSE Board directly by contacting your school principal. You have to clear your fee dues, if any and you can collect your migration certificate within one or two weeks after your declaration of your 10th standard results. By submitting the migration certificate, transfer certificate, academic certificates, etc., you can get admission for pursuing Intermediate course.
