Better to complete after Your CS ,as I found coordination problem in both course because they are not purely resemble each other ,however considering the difficulty in CS and you like there should not be any backlog in your CS ,then Concentrate only in CS ,LLB is just a supportive while you always be recognised as a Company Secretary .. |

If i tell you the truth then it will amaze you that India needs almost 23000 new company secretory due to growing number of industries as well as the spreading area of PSU's. so if you are doing CS then let me tell you that you have boarded a right train and soon you will be having a great career ahead. One thing that is bothering me is the LLB that you said in your question because LLB does not match now a days with CS as earlier CS with LLB was a great combo but now majority of the company has their own lawyer and hence only CS is enough but there is no harm in learning something new so if you want to pursue then you can go for it but let me tell you that there is a lot scope in what you are doing right now so do it perfectly. It will give you the chance to join in law farms as a legal advisor or a managing director's post in companies. LLB plus CS is a good combination. You can either work in the capacity of a CS or a legal advisor in a company. The pay packet for these posts are hefty with a range of facilities. If your work is good you can also be promoted to senior managerial level position in the company. |

Every year lot of companies get register due to huge growth of our economy . Most of the organization which are operate by boards, councils,associations, authorities,federations,or commissions appoints a qualified company secretary. It is necessary to appoint a company secretary for every such company. Requirement of Company Secretary is quite high. But Actually in India we do not have that much qualified company secretary our country. As a Company Secretary you can work in PRIVATE as well as GOVT sector.
