Re: Can I join Indian Army on the basis of B.Com? CDS examination is conducted by UPSC. It is conducted twice in a year. The eligibility to appear for the examination is that candidate must have passed or pursuing in the final year of the course. The age limit is 19-25 years. Examination will be conducted in two stages and candidates have to qualify in both stages for final selection. For more information visit at www.upsc.gov.in. You will become eligible for recruitment as an officer and department will be alloted on the merit list. |

CDS exam is the entrance exam for Indian Army This exam is conducted by the UPSC twice a year The required eligibility for this exam is given below:- Eligibility Education qualification:- Graduation Age limit:- 19 to 24 years. Re: Can I join Indian Army on the basis of B.Com? Yes, you can join Indian Army as an officer after the completion of graduation through combined defence service examination. The CDS examination is conducted by the Union Public Service Commission twice in a year. This exam is conducted for the selection of candidate as an officer in Indian Army, Airforce, Navy. For the CDS examination a candidate should be graduate in any discipline from the recognised University. Those appeared in the final year examination are also eligible to apply for the combined defence service examination. |

Can I join Indian Army on the basis of B.Com? I would be completing my B.Com soon. After that will I be eligible to join Indian Army? How much percentage should I score? In which department and at which position or post can I apply? |
