No you can not change the university during the second year.If you go for the new university after completing the 1 year at one university then you have to again start from the first years. The better option is , to take the room or live in hostel and complete your studies. |

It is rule that,a candidate has to complete graduation from same university only. You have to start from first year from Rajasthan university if you will take admission there. Otherwise, you should complete your graduation here only. |
