Re: What type of physically handicap person can not apply for IAS? For getting into IAS under physically handicapped category there are few eligibility requirements like the candidate should have completed degree from any recognized university. The age limit required is 42 years. There are no limit for attempts. The types of physical disabilities which come under physically handicapped category are mentioned below. - Visually impaired - Low vision impairment - Orthopedically handicapped - Muscular weakness and limited physical endurance.
