Re: Qualification required to apply for the post of Food Inspector or Food Safety Officer? All India Food Inspector exam conducted by Union Service Public Service Commission. Graduation in medicine 1-year training in food inspection. Bachelor's degree in any Science subject with Chemistry compulsory. Bachelor's degree in Agriculture/ Veterinary Science/Public Health/ Food Technology/Dairy Technology/Pharmacy. Age limits 21 to 30 years. Age relaxation to OBC candidates is 33 years. Age relaxation to ST/SC candidates is 35 years. Only Indian Citizen can able to apply for this Food Inspector exam. Candidates who qualified in the written exam are eligible for the Personal Interview. Thank You. |

Re: Qualification required to apply for the post of Food Inspector or Food Safety Officer? No, you are not eligible to appear in Food Inspector recruitment examination. The common eligibility to appear for examination is that:- Candidate must have passed bachelor degree from a recognised university in agriculture, pharmacy, food technology etc. So, you are not eligible to appear for this entrance examination after graduation in PCM. |
