Dear friend minimum eligibility for BED CET exam is any bachelor degree in any recognized university.
Here your percentage will be above 55%.
Its better to maintain above 60%.

It can be varied from university to university.

here i will provide the Maharashtra admission procedure.
based on that other colleges also will be like that.

minimmum eligibility--- bsc. or B.A or B.com or b.b.a or b.ca graduate with 50% or 55%maks (aggregate).
there will be an entrance test.. then an interview of the selected students in the written exam..

As to be eligible for the B.Ed CET exam candidates need to pass in any degree with at least 45% of marks. The degree must be from a recognized university. Candidates must also be more than 17 years of age at the time of the exam. Final year students can also apply for the B.Ed entrance exam.
