The answer is so simple that B.Ed is not compulsory for Staff Selection Commission - Combined Graduate Level examination. You have to just Graduation degree to appear in Staff Selection Commission - Combined Graduate Level examination. |

The examination is conducted for recruitment in government jobs. The examination is conducted in various stages and candidates have to appear and qualify in all the stages for final selection. Required minimum educational qualification to appear in the examination is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree in any discipline. You are eligible to appear in the examination as per the educational qualification. The age limit varies with different post. For more information visit at www.ssc.nic.in. |

To apply for SSC CGL ( Staff Selection Commission Combined Graduate Level ) examination, the minimum education required is simply a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university. So, having completed B.Tech. in Computer Science degree course which is a bachelor's degree course, you are eligible to appear in SSC CGL examination as far as the educational requirement for the same examination is concerned. As you have done BTech in Computer Science Engineering hence, you are eligible to appear in Combined Graduate Level Examination because minimum educational qualification required to appear in this exam is graduation in any discipline from a recognised University. |
