Re: What is the syllabus and exam date of Income Tax Officer? Candidates can become officer in Income Tax department after qualifying in the Civil Service or SSC CGL examination. The common eligibility to appear in the examination is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognised university to appear in the examination. Syllabus of Income Tax Officer exam: Quantitative Aptitude( number system, simplification, percentage, decimal and fractions, profit and loss, discounts, ratio and time, averages, HCF and LCM, mensuration etc.) Reasoning( logical sequence of words, visual memory of a problem solving, finger classification alphabet series, analysis, judgement and decision making and non verbal series, number ranking and number series and Analogy etc. English( Verb, Adverb, Articles, Grammar, Tenses, Error Correction, Comprehension, etc.) Technical Subjects Current Affairs( Indian Constitution, Books, History, Culture, Abbreviation, Geography, Books and Authors, Awards and Honors, economic status etc.) Website: @incometaxindia.gov.in Official notification for filling of forms 2020 has to be notified soon. |

What is the syllabus and exam date of Income Tax Officer? Hi, could anybody please share the entrance exam syllabus of Income Tax Officer? Also, share exam pattern and marking criteria details.
